Getting Started 

Consultations

We provide free 15 minute consultations via telephone.  A consultation involves talking generally about the legal issue of problem and identifying the general scope of the work involved to reach the best possible outcome.  We offer in person meetings by appointment as the next step.  Client or potential client meetings generally take place at our offices.

Hiring

Representation begins once a written fee agreement is executed, and payment terms are arranged.

Fees

Our fee structure varies on the type of case.  Our goal is to tailor fees to your needs and ability. Frequently, fees are based upon an hourly rate.  However, some matters are based upon a quoted fee or a contingency fee.  The complexity of the legal issue, and the time frame of the clients needs all are factors in determining a fair fee for services.
