Franklin R. Kirk has been an attorney since 1982. He has been a member of the firm since 1986. Attorney Kirk practices personal injury, real estate, estate planning, probate and trust administration, divorce and family litigation, criminal and traffic defense and representation of small businesses. His practice includes litigation and transactional matters. Attorney Kirk practices municipal law, and is a local Municipal Court Prosecutor.

Out of the Office
Franklin is involved in many community civic sports and charitable organizations. He is Past President of the Sauk Prairie Optimist Club, the Sauk Praire Pool Sharks, the Sauk Prairie Area Community Center Board, Tri-County Swim League, and the Sauk County Bar Association. Franklin has coached boys and girls youth soccer teams for the Sauk Prairie Community League, and Madison Area Youth Soccer. He was the Sauk Prairie High School Varsity Forensic Team coach for nine seasons. For nearly twenty years he officiated swimming, having been certified as a WIAA Swim Official and USA Official.
He is currently a member of the Blackhawk Council of Knights of Columbus, the Lodi Optimist Club, the Sauk County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Franklin is a long time resident of the Sauk Prairie Area, having attended local schools, and graduated from Sauk Prairie High School. He is married to Maureen, and together they have three adult children.
Franklin may avoid work on snowy days to take time for down-hill skiing. In his free time he enjoys travel, photography, and growing wildflowers.
Interesting Fact: Franklin attended Badger Boys State in 1974.
