Lodi City Attorney Franklin R. Kirk

Attorney Kirk represents the City of Lodi, Wisconsin in matters related to the operation and function of the city government.  Representation includes local ordinance enforcement, legislative assistance in drafting ordinances and general counsel services.

The City Attorney assists the Mayor and Lodi Common Council with revisions to the City’s code of ordinances, advises the Common Council and City Boards, Committees and Commissions on their functions.  The City Attorney provides general legal counsel and representation to the City and the city utility department.   This includes negotiation on the City’s behalf, and advising City officials and managers.  The City Attorney  has responsibility to enforce and prosecute violations of city ordinances in Municipal and Circuit Court.
